Ms. Heller is the Global President
of the Johnson & Johnson
Consumer Companies Baby and Wound Care Franchises. This
business features such well-established brands as JOHNSON’SÒ Baby
and BAND-AIDÒ Brand Adhesive Bandages.
She is the former Chief Executive
Officer of Chung’s
Gourmet Foods, a manufacturer of ethnic Asian cuisine,
and is a veteran of Kraft Foods.
Ms. Heller has a consistent track
record of leadership and outstanding business performance. During her
years with Kraft, she rapidly covered the spectrum of established
retail businesses, new product development and direct marketing. She
was General Manager of the Coffee Division, where she established
a clear vision for growth, including a foundation for reinvention
of the Maxwell House and General Foods International Coffee
trademarks to deliver the leading share position in the
category and significant incremental profit.
Ms. Heller also has a consistent track
record of community service. She is currently the Chair of the Board of
Directors for The Executive Leadership Council and a member
of the National Board of Directors for Girl’s Incorporated. Ms.
Heller is a graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management
(1985) and of Northwestern University (1983). She is
married with two daughters and lives in Central NJ.
